From Plymouth City Centre

​

Leave the City Centre toward the Railway Station and Plymouth Argyle (Home Park), signposted Saltash and Liskeard. At the North Cross roundabout (Copthorne Hotel) take the exit towards Cornwall. At the roundabout at bottom of the hill take second exit, up Alma Road toward the Bus Depot on left at Milehouse. Take left hand fork and go straight across the lights keeping Britannia Pub on right and Embassy Snooker Hall on left. Continue down the hill. At the large roundabout at the bottom of the hill, take third exit into Segrave Road, and then make an immediate left into Furneaux Villas. Proceed up the hill, (North Prospect Road), and at the next set of lights take first right into Beacon Park Road. At the first mini-roundabout take second exit into Scott Business Park.

From Cornwall (Via Saltash)

​

After Tamar Bridge take first exit at Higher St Budeaux. At roundabout take second exit towards St Budeaux. At next roundabout first exit into Roman Way. Follow the road all the way along, straight across the first roundabout, towards North Prospect, passing Weston Mill Cemetery on your right. At next roundabout at the top of the hill, straight across, keeping North Prospect School on your right. Straight across next roundabout, at traffic lights take first left into Beacon Park Road. At mini-roundabout, second exit into Scott Business Park.

From Cornwall (Via Torpoint)

Leave the Ferry, take the first left at traffic lights towards Stoke. At the next set of lights take first right into Albert Road. At the roundabout at the top of the hill, first exit towards Stoke Village. Go through the pedestrian lights and at the next set of lights go straight across down Milehouse Road. At the next set of lights – Bus Depot Offices on right and Embassy Snooker on left, turn first left, then continue down the hill. At roundabout at the bottom of the hill, third exit then make an immediate left into Furneaux Villas. Proceed up the hill. At next lights first right into Beacon Park Road. At mini-roundabout take second exit into Scott Business Park.

From Exeter/Plympton

​

Proceed along the Parkway (A38) towards Cornwall. Over the flyover, Ski Lodge on right, Sainsbury’s on left, leave at the Manadon exit following signs for Plymouth Argyle (Home Park). Through first lights on the roundabout, take second exit, then at the next set, still on the roundabout, take first exit, towards Plymouth Argyle. Join Outland Road and move to the right hand lane, keeping Morrisons on left. At second lights, road splits into three lanes, stay in far right hand lane. Turn right into Ham Drive. Second left, opposite the Cherry Tree Pub, into Langstone Road, follow the road all the way along – it becomes Beacon Park Road; towards Albion Park, passing 2 new housing developments. Pass Beacon Electrical and Albion Park on the right. At the mini-roundabout, go straight across and carry on down the hill. At the next mini-roundabout, take first exit into Scott Business Park.

From Mutley

From Mutley Plain, head away from City Centre, towards Tavistock, and the Hyde Park Hotel. Take first left into Hyde Park Road, with Plymouth College on your left. Go through Hyde Park Village, and at the top of the hill by the Co-op, turn right into Weston Park Road. Follow this road all the way along to the traffic lights at the junction with Outland Road. Go straight across into Ham Drive. Take the second left, opposite the Cherry Tree Pub, into Langstone Road, follow the road all the way along – it becomes Beacon Park Road, towards Albion Park, passing 2 new housing developments. Pass Beacon Electrical and Albion Park on the right. At the mini-roundabout, go straight across down the hill. At the next mini-roundabout, take first exit into Scott Business Park.

Coming from all Directions

​

In Scott Business Park, don’t take the first left for Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre, or the first right, but find somewhere to park, either in the Unit 21 spaces or any Visitors’ parking spaces. With your back to the main road (Beacon Park Road), look right down into the Business Park. Look for a garden with some gold statues in the middle (looking a bit like upright, golden Ryvitas!). To the left of these is a white “tower”, this is the stairwell. Come up the stairs or take the lift and we’re there on FIRST FLOOR, UNIT 21, on the same landing as PLUSS.
