About Adam:
If Adam is not reading or in the gym he is probably eating some home-cooked food with his fiancé in Saltash. To him healthy living and moving is the foundation of a happy life, for him and his growing family. His passion for healthy living is the reason he became a health professional.

With Adam’s experience as a physio assistant, Osteopath and masseur, you can rest assured you are in safe hands if you have a treatment from him. Over the years he has treated more than just back and neck issues, he has worked with people suffering from a variety of different issues:
-> Neurological disabilities
-> Pain after a joint replacement
-> A sports injury
-> Arthritic pain

Adam has been helping people get out of pain for over 10 years now. Even before he became a therapist, he was the “rehab guy” in the gym when he worked as a personal trainer. His first official therapist role was a physio technician, where he spent his time leading rehab classes in gyms and hydrotherapy pools. During this time he also taught disabled children how to trampoline as a gymnastics coach. It wasn’t until Adam was into his twenties that he started his academic training at university. He supported his Osteopathic studies by working as a sports masseur and active release therapist.

Since qualifying as an Osteopath in 2016 he has been enjoying the privilege of helping people to stay active. It is important to him that he keeps getting better as a therapist so he keeps himself busy. He has been mentored by 2 well known Chiropractors and has trained to become a cranio-sacral Osteopath. In December 2019 he even taught fitness professionals how to prescribe exercise to people with osteo-arthritis. His website for his clinic in Cornwall has more information.
